We captured our favourite fleeting spring delicacy, fiddleheads, in a spicy pickle. Now you can savour them all year long!


Not sure what to do with a pickled fiddlehead?


They're nice on a cheeseboard or in a sandwich. They make wonderful garnishes for a cesar/bloody mary. Or if you're feeling fancy in the kitchen, fry them up in a classic beer batter for an irresistible treat!
